How long does it keep fish cold?

It holds ice for hours — 6 mm high-density thermal foam insulation keeps your catch cold through a long day on the water.

How do I clean it after a trip?

Pull out the removable inner liner, rinse it with soap and water, and let it air dry. The #10 zipper is marine-grade and resists salt and corrosion.

Does it take up space on the boat when empty?

No. It is a flexible cooler that packs flat when empty; an internal reinforced base gives it stability once it is loaded.

What sizes are there?

Yes on US orders over $100, with no exclusions — that includes oversized items like tailgate pads. Orders under $100 are charged the rate shown at checkout. Everything ships within 2 business days, and most continental US orders arrive in 3–7 business days.

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Start it from your account and we email a prepaid label; a flat $9.95 return-shipping fee is deducted from change-of-mind or sizing returns. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item, return shipping is on us. There is no restocking fee.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship, such as failed seams, zippers or hardware under normal use. It does not cover crash damage or normal wear. Email contact@kmausa.co with your order number and photos to make a claim.
