Shipping policy

Free shipping on all US orders over $100. No exclusions, including oversized items like tailgate pads. Orders under $100 are charged shipping at the rates shown at checkout.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Where we ship from
All orders ship from our warehouse in Laredo, Texas.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders to the continental United States arrive within 3-7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories typically take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email contact@kmausa.co.

Incorrect shipping address
If you notice an error in your shipping address, email contact@kmausa.co as soon as possible. We can usually correct it before the order ships, but not after.

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you do not have it, contact us at contact@kmausa.co and we will make it right.
