Does it fit a full-face helmet?

The case measures 12.2 × 15.4 × 10.6 in (31 × 39 × 27 cm), which covers most motorcycle and mountain-bike helmets. Check your helmet's outer dimensions against those numbers if it is unusually large.

How does the ventilation work?

A ventilation zipper lets air through the case so a sweaty helmet dries and arrives odor-free, while the plush-lined interior keeps the shell and visor from getting scratched.

Is it waterproof?

It uses waterproof compartments and a 600×600 denier polyester exterior to keep rain and splashes out, with a side pocket for gloves or small items.

Is shipping free?

Yes on US orders over $100, with no exclusions — that includes oversized items like tailgate pads. Orders under $100 are charged the rate shown at checkout. Everything ships within 2 business days, and most continental US orders arrive in 3–7 business days.

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Start it from your account and we email a prepaid label; a flat $9.95 return-shipping fee is deducted from change-of-mind or sizing returns. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item, return shipping is on us. There is no restocking fee.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship, such as failed seams, zippers or hardware under normal use. It does not cover crash damage or normal wear. Email contact@kmausa.co with your order number and photos to make a claim.

We do if the item is defective, damaged in transit, the wrong item, or covered by warranty — email contact@kmausa.co and we send a prepaid label at no cost. You do for exchanges, sizing and change-of-mind returns: we email you a prepaid label and deduct a flat $9.95 return shipping fee from your refund.
