Which size fits my bike?

The bag sits inside the frame triangle, anchored near the head tube and seat tube. Measure the top tube length inside the triangle: Small is 15.7 in (40 cm) long, Medium 18.1 in (46 cm), Large 19.7 in (50 cm). Small and Medium are 3.9 in (10 cm) tall; Large is 5.1 in (13 cm).

Is it waterproof?

Dual-sided waterproof zippers keep moisture out while letting you reach in from either side of the bike without stopping. The shell is heavy-duty, abrasion-resistant polyester built for vibration and rough conditions.

What fits inside?

3.5 liters — enough for a multi-tool, tube, pump, snacks and spares, so you can ride without a pack.

Is shipping free?

Yes on US orders over $100, with no exclusions — that includes oversized items like tailgate pads. Orders under $100 are charged the rate shown at checkout. Everything ships within 2 business days, and most continental US orders arrive in 3–7 business days.

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Start it from your account and we email a prepaid label; a flat $9.95 return-shipping fee is deducted from change-of-mind or sizing returns. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item, return shipping is on us. There is no restocking fee.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship, such as failed seams, zippers or hardware under normal use. It does not cover crash damage or normal wear. Email contact@kmausa.co with your order number and photos to make a claim.
